My name is Charles Lockard, and I’ve spent nearly five decades using my own body to test, refine, and prove what works. I’ve trained across nearly every domain – powerlifting, physique development, boxing, grappling, martial arts, obstacle course racing – and I’ve done it using progressive resistance principles long before they were trendy. I’ve rehabbed my own injuries, learned how to train around pain, and pushed for consistent performance deep into my 60s. My approach blends science with lived experience. I don’t just coach movement – I understand it from the inside out.
